L\u2019inflation tourne autour de 20 % et elle risque d\u2019accuser de nouveaux records \u00e0 la hausse. Ses effets ne connaissent pas de fronti\u00e8res. Dans un march\u00e9 non r\u00e9gul\u00e9 comme le n\u00f4tre, les prix des produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 varient d\u2019un march\u00e9 \u00e0 un autre, d\u2019une r\u00e9gion \u00e0 une autre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Ces fluctuations ne sont pas sans cons\u00e9quences sur la vie des consommateurs. Le client, ind\u00e9pendamment de son rang social, de sa culture ou m\u00eame de sa profession, est expos\u00e9 aux caprices tant des petits commer\u00e7ants de l\u2019informel que des grands commer\u00e7ants du formel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Sans pr\u00f4ner le dirigisme \u00e9conomique, sans mener une croisade contre l\u2019\u00e9conomie de march\u00e9, il convient de se mettre d\u2019accord sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour l\u2019Etat de se porter garant du respect des droits \u00e9conomiques et sociaux du peuple. Et ceci passe par des m\u00e9canismes de contr\u00f4le visant \u00e0 garantir au citoyen-consommateur l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux biens et services de base indispensables \u00e0 sa qualit\u00e9 de vie. Le consommateur-citoyen ne doit pas \u00eatre livr\u00e9 \u00e0 la merci des entrepreneurs avides de plus-value et non-soucieux du bien-\u00eatre collectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Les chiffres se rapportant \u00e0 l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaires sont alarmistes: pr\u00e8s de 4.5 millions d\u2019Ha\u00eftiens d\u00e8s mars 2020, selon l\u2019OCHA. <strong>Port-au-Prince Pos<\/strong>t a effectu\u00e9 ce jeudi un tour d\u2019horizon de la zone m\u00e9tropolitaine de Port-au-Prince. De P\u00e9tion-Ville \u00e0 Port-au-Prince, en passant par Delmas jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Clercine, 5 supermarch\u00e9s et 5 march\u00e9s publics ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019un d\u00e9but. L\u2019id\u00e9e est de passer en revue, deux fois par semaine, tous les supermarch\u00e9s et tous les march\u00e9s publics du pays et de tenir inform\u00e9 les consommateurs des fluctuations des prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Dans ce premier num\u00e9ro de la sous-rubrique <em><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le panier de la m\u00e9nag\u00e8re<\/span><\/strong><\/em>, les produits pris en consid\u00e9ration sont incomplets. D\u2019autres infographies viendront compl\u00e9ter la liste. Notre enqu\u00eate ne va pas se circonscrire \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9tropolitaine de Port-au-Prince.
