Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite \u00e0 la publication, le 24 mars 2026, d\u2019un arr\u00eat\u00e9 en Conseil des ministres modifiant l\u2019article 3 de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 18 septembre 2024 relatif \u00e0 la composition et au mandat des membres du CEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Le nouvel arr\u00eat\u00e9 enjoint au CEP de \u00ab prendre toutes les dispositions n\u00e9cessaires, en ce qui le concerne, pour l\u2019application des dispositions des articles 12 et 14 du Pacte national pour la stabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019organisation des \u00e9lections \u00bb. En cons\u00e9quence, le CEP travaille actuellement \u00e0 l\u2019harmonisation du d\u00e9cret \u00e9lectoral du 1er d\u00e9cembre 2025 avec ces nouvelles exigences, une d\u00e9marche qui impacte consid\u00e9rablement le calendrier \u00e9lectoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9, le CEP pr\u00e9cise que de nouvelles dates seront communiqu\u00e9es incessamment. Il r\u00e9affirme par ailleurs son engagement \u00e0 conduire le processus \u00e9lectoral dans le strict respect de son ind\u00e9pendance institutionnelle et des normes d\u00e9mocratiques, de
