Alors que le mandat du Conseil pr\u00e9sidentiel de transition (CPT) arrive \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance le 7 f\u00e9vrier 2026, le calendrier \u00e9lectoral soumis au CPT dans la soir\u00e9e du vendredi 14 ao\u00fbt fixe les \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives et pr\u00e9sidentielles au 30 ao\u00fbt 2026. La version finale du projet de d\u00e9cret \u00e9lectoral a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 remise au CPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Selon ce calendrier, le premier tour des \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives et pr\u00e9sidentielles est programm\u00e9 pour le 30 ao\u00fbt, tandis que le second tour se tiendra le 6 d\u00e9cembre 2026. D\u2019ici le 20 janvier 2027, selon le CEP, l\u2019ensemble des dirigeants issus des \u00e9lections devrait \u00eatre connu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">En ce qui concerne les \u00e9lections des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, elles auront lieu lors du second tour des \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives et pr\u00e9sidentielles, fix\u00e9 au 6 d\u00e9cembre 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Sur le plan logistique, le CEP pr\u00e9voit de distribuer le mat\u00e9riel \u00e9lectoral dans les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements du 12 au 28 ao\u00fbt 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que le pays est fragment\u00e9 par la violence des gangs, le calendrier \u00e9lectoral pr\u00e9voit une campagne pour le premier tour du scrutin du 15 mars au 29 ao\u00fbt 2026. Les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9finitifs de ce premier tour seront publi\u00e9s le 3 octobre 2026, selon le CEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Le Conseil \u00e9lectoral provisoire, qui dit avoir transmis ces documents au pouvoir ex\u00e9cutif, reconna\u00eet toutefois que le respect du calendrier d\u00e9pend de plusieurs pr\u00e9alables, notamment l\u2019instauration d\u2019un climat s\u00e9curitaire acceptable, la disponibilit\u00e9 des ressources financi\u00e8res n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la conduite du processus et la continuit\u00e9 des actions d\u00e9j\u00e0 entreprises par l\u2019institution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Conseil \u00e9lectoral provisoire (CEP) va vite en besogne.
