Lui qui a entrepris tout un tas d\u2019actions en vue de mettre l\u2019institution qu\u2019il dirige sur les rails. Parmi ses r\u00e9alisations phares figurent la r\u00e9gularisation des contrats de travail au sein de l\u2019OFATMA. Plus de 600 contrats jug\u00e9s irr\u00e9guliers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 corrig\u00e9s, conform\u00e9ment aux exigences l\u00e9gales. Des mesures ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 prises concernant les contrats de service, certains \u00e9tant rectifi\u00e9s ou purement et simplement arr\u00eat\u00e9s. L\u2019institution, qui se lance dans une perspective de justice sociale, a r\u00e9gularis\u00e9 la situation de plus d\u2019une centaine de contractuels. Ces nominations concernent principalement des employ\u00e9s ayant \u0153uvr\u00e9 pendant trois \u00e0 dix ans au sein de l\u2019institution, sans reconnaissance officielle de leur statut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019un des chantiers majeurs de cette p\u00e9riode a \u00e9t\u00e9 la relance du processus de r\u00e9gularisation des partenariats avec les prestataires de soins affili\u00e9s. \u00c0 ce jour, plus de 30 protocoles d\u2019accord ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s avec des Unit\u00e9s P\u00e9riph\u00e9riques (UP), permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des soins offerts aux assur\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Sur le plan administratif et financier, plus de 40 cadres ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une formation visant \u00e0 renforcer la gouvernance interne de l\u2019OFATMA. L\u2019institution a impos\u00e9 le respect strict des normes en mati\u00e8re de finances publiques et de passation de march\u00e9s, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi la transparence et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 dans la gestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, une augmentation notable de 143,31 % a \u00e9t\u00e9 allou\u00e9e au budget consacr\u00e9 au paiement des services de sant\u00e9, permettant de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des assur\u00e9s. Ce r\u00e9ajustement budg\u00e9taire a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter plus de 18 000 dossiers de r\u00e9clamations m\u00e9dicales et \u00e0 en am\u00e9liorer le suivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Des avanc\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes pour les assur\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Sous la direction de l\u2019ancien parlementaire, l\u2019OFATMA a enregistr\u00e9 l\u2019affiliation de 74 nouvelles entreprises et distribu\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 6 000 cartes d\u2019assurance. Un effort significatif est \u00e9galement en cours pour r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais de traitement des r\u00e9clamations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Autre innovation majeure : la mise en place d\u2019un dispositif d\u2019\u00e9vacuation sanitaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, notamment vers Cuba, pour les cas n\u00e9cessitant des soins non disponibles localement. Enfin, le fonds de r\u00e9serve obligatoire de l\u2019OFATMA a connu une augmentation de plus de 86,96 %, assurant ainsi une plus grande solidit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Vers une OFATMA modernis\u00e9e et accessible<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Vikerson Garnier entend poursuivre sur cette lanc\u00e9e avec plusieurs projets ambitieux, dont le renforcement des directions d\u00e9partementales pour une couverture d\u2019assurance plus \u00e9tendue et la modernisation des centres hospitaliers dans les d\u00e9partements du Nord-Ouest, du Nord, du Sud et de l\u2019Ouest. Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019OFATMA milite \u00e9galement pour l\u2019augmentation et la diversification des sources de financement afin de soutenir les projets de
