L&#8217;arr\u00eat\u00e9 relatif au choix des trois membres du Haut conseil de la transition (HTC) a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 dans le journal officiel Le Moniteur.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le Premier ministre Ariel Henry, qui est dans une course contre la montre pour organiser les \u00e9lections en 2023, vient de franchir une \u00e9tape importante vers son but avec l&#8217;officialisation par arr\u00eat\u00e9 du Haut conseil de Transition (HCT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le HCT sera pilot\u00e9 par trois membres. Il s&#8217;agit de Mirlande Hyppolite Manigat, choisi par le secteur politique, Laurent Saint Cyr, choisi par le secteur \u00e9conomique et Calixte Fleuridor, choisi par le secteur social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Dans l&#8217;article 2 de l&#8217;arr\u00eat\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par les membres du gouvernement, il est mentionn\u00e9 que l&#8217;\u00c9tat met \u00e0 la disposition du HTC les moyens n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&#8217;exercice de ses attributions pr\u00e9vues par le Consensus national pour une Transition inclusive et des \u00e9lections transparentes du 21 d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que ces trois membres ne sont ni ordonnateurs, ni comptables de deniers publics, leurs biens ne seront, en aucun cas, grev\u00e9s d&#8217;une hypoth\u00e8que l\u00e9gale et ils ne sont assujettis \u00e0 l&#8217;obtention de la d\u00e9charge, a clarifi\u00e9 l&#8217;article 3 de l&#8217;arr\u00eat\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Il faut souligner que le Premier ministre Ariel Henry avait sign\u00e9 avec des partis politiques en fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e un accord politique intitul\u00e9 &#8220;Consensus national pour une Transition inclusive et les \u00e9lections transparentes du 21 d\u00e9cembre 2022 pr\u00e9voyant notamment l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un Haut conseil de la transition (HCT) et d\u2019un Organe de contr\u00f4le de l\u2019action gouvernementale (OCAG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le compte \u00e0 rebours commence pour l&#8217;\u00e9quipe gouvernementale qui doit r\u00e9aliser les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles, l\u00e9gislatives et municipales afin de renouveler les autorit\u00e9s politiques.
