C\u2019est d\u00e9sormais un jour de cong\u00e9 en Ha\u00efti. Le feu pr\u00e9sident Jovenel Mo\u00efse, assassin\u00e9 dans les conditions que l\u2019on sait dans la nuit du 6 ou 7 juillet dernier, l\u2019a voulu ainsi et l\u2019a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 via un d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9sidentiel en 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Ces trente cinq (35) derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il y a eu un d\u00e9p\u00e9rissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019Ha\u00efti. Rarement un pays n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 autant confront\u00e9 \u00e0 tant de calamit\u00e9s. Ha\u00efti n\u2019a peut-\u00eatre pas encore atteint le niveau de d\u00e9sint\u00e9gration de la Somalie ou du Zimbabwe. Mais toutes les conditions ont concouru \u00e0 en faire un pays invivable, disloqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Jean Jacques Dessalines retournerait soudainement dans l&#8217;au-del\u00e0 de la tombe si brusquement il revenait parmi nous. Bien avant l\u2019\u00e9pop\u00e9e de 1804 et toutes ces promesses de libert\u00e9 qu\u2019elle charria, dans l\u2019am\u00e8re intensit\u00e9 des combats destin\u00e9s \u00e0 faire de l\u2019esclave une personne \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, l\u2019empereur poursuivit ardemment un id\u00e9al, envisagea un avenir en commun pour toutes et tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Avant 1804 et m\u00eame apr\u00e8s, il y a eu un objectif commun \u00e0 atteindre, un projet collectif \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, le r\u00eave d\u2019un pays bon pour toutes et tous \u00e0 concr\u00e9tiser sur les ruines fumantes des plantations coloniales. Autour de Jean Jacques Dessalines se cristallisait, se f\u00e9d\u00e9rait quelque chose de plus grand que les \u00abpassions tristes\u00bb (au sens de Spinoza) et les \u00e9go\u00efsmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Dessalines avait en lui ce feu int\u00e9rieur qui le pr\u00e9destinait \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la plus extraordinaire des r\u00e9voltes d\u2019esclaves de l\u2019humanit\u00e9 et de la cr\u00e9ation du plus jeune \u00c9tat n\u00e8gre du monde. Il se passionna \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de construire une R\u00e9publique altruiste, \u00e9galitaire, o\u00f9 se pr\u00e9valent les id\u00e9es de justice sociale et de dignit\u00e9 humaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Cette passion pour amorcer la construction d\u2019un pays juste et solidaire vaudra \u00e0 l\u2019empereur la haine, la convoitise, et un peu plus tard, deux ans apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation du jeune \u00c9tat, l\u2019assassinat. Ceux qui ont voulu tout avoir, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00c9tat et de son \u00e9conomie, sans rien laisser aux nouveaux libres, l\u2019eurent \u00e9limin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019id\u00e9al dessalinien, avec toutes ses promesses, fut tu\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u0153uf. Et depuis, jamais ici en Ha\u00efti on n\u2019a su poser les yeux dans les yeux les questions de la r\u00e9partition des richesses, de l\u2019arpatheid socio\u00e9conomique, des gens clairs et des gens de couleurs et pourquoi les premiers sont toujours les favoris\u00e9s et les seconds laiss\u00e9s dans les marges de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Les id\u00e9es incarn\u00e9es par Jean Jacques Dessalines sont toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9 en 2021. Mais de nos jours, quelle structure politique ou quel groupement social les porte, en fait un projet politique r\u00e9volutionnaire, se pr\u00e9pare non sans g\u00e9nie \u00e0 prendre le pouvoir et ainsi paver la voie \u00e0 leur impl\u00e9mentation ? La question est pour l\u2019heure sans r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">263 ans apr\u00e8s la naissance du p\u00e8re de la nation, Ha\u00efti reste un pays en perp\u00e9tuelle crise, un pays qui se cherche.
