Un retour aux devants de la sc\u00e8ne pour le s\u00e9nateur du Sud-Est, apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e d\u2019une di\u00e8te m\u00e9diatique volontaire, strat\u00e9gique peut-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019homme fort du Sud-Est a r\u00e9colt\u00e9 la totalit\u00e9 des voix: huit. Le pr\u00e9sident sortant Pierre Fran\u00e7ois Sildor ne s\u2019est pas port\u00e9 candidat. La veille, lundi soir, lors d\u2019une primaire en sa r\u00e9sidence, il n\u2019a obtenu qu\u2019une seule voix, quoique le pr\u00e9sident Jovenel Mo\u00efse ait remu\u00e9 ciel et terre pour le faire r\u00e9\u00e9lire au d\u00e9triment de Joseph Lambert. Il faisait la gueule depuis et il s\u2019est, en cons\u00e9quence, brill\u00e9 par son absence lors de l\u2019\u00e9lection. \u00abPierre Fran\u00e7ois est un mauvais perdant\u00bb, a confi\u00e9 un \u00e9lu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>LIRE AUSSI:  <a href=\"https:\/\/pappost.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/13\/13-janvier-2020-au-nom-de-la-tweetocratie\/\">13 janvier 2020: au nom de la tweetocratie<\/a><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Il faut dire que depuis quelques jours le s\u00e9nateur Joseph Lambert \u00e9tait pressenti \u00e0 ce poste. Dans l\u2019ombre, l\u2019ancien d\u00e9put\u00e9, trois fois pr\u00e9sident du S\u00e9nat, l\u2019un des plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s du bord de mer, multipliait les rencontres depuis peu. En coulisses, Joseph Lambert s\u2019\u00e9tait montr\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre les r\u00eanes du grand corps en remplacement du tr\u00e8s mutique Pierre Fran\u00e7ois Sildor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Ce dernier est surtout connu comme l\u2019un des fid\u00e8les s\u00e9nateurs inf\u00e9od\u00e9s au pouvoir ex\u00e9cutif. Durant toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e de son mandat, Pierre Fran\u00e7ois Sildor n\u2019aura jamais pip\u00e9 mot dans le d\u00e9bat public. Il n\u2019aura exist\u00e9 que par son silence et cela a pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 le S\u00e9nat dans l\u2019oubli et dans l\u2019indiff\u00e9rence. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 tout l\u2019enjeu du mandat de Joseph Lambert: changer la narration et faire exister le grand corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Jamais dans l\u2019histoire contemporaine d\u2019Ha\u00efti le S\u00e9nat, quoique aujourd\u2019hui pourvu de seulement dix membres, n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 autant menac\u00e9. Le pouvoir actuel, dans sa tentative ill\u00e9gale et inconstitutionnelle de changer la constitution, cherche \u00e0 le supprimer. \u00c0 coup de pseudos enqu\u00eates d\u2019une firme pass\u00e9e ma\u00eetre dans la manipulation, et d\u2019autres messages circulant sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, le S\u00e9nat est projet\u00e9 comme l\u2019incarnation du mal ha\u00eftien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le S\u00e9nat de la R\u00e9publique est l\u2019une des plus vieilles institutions de la R\u00e9publique. Il a certes \u00e0 plusieurs moments t\u00e2tonn\u00e9. Il est m\u00eame d\u00e9cri\u00e9 au m\u00eame titre que la Chambre des d\u00e9put\u00e9s et du pouvoir ex\u00e9cutif. Mais il est toujours reconnu comme un rempart aux tentations autocratiques. Et en ces temps troubl\u00e9s par des crises multiples qui se profilent \u00e0 l\u2019horizon, il ne faut pas jeter le b\u00e9b\u00e9 avec l\u2019eau du bain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le s\u00e9nateur Joseph Lambert, habitu\u00e9 des rings les plus p\u00e9rilleux, est attendu au tournant. Il devrait forc\u00e9ment avoir son mot \u00e0 dire dans le d\u00e9bat autour du changement de constitution que cherche \u00e0 op\u00e9rer un pouvoir PHTK comptant de multiples casseroles \u00e0 ses basques, en plus d\u2019\u00eatre l\u2019un des pouvoirs les plus corrompus de toute l\u2019histoire d\u2019Ha\u00efti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">2021, plus que 2019 qui aura \u00e9t\u00e9 pollu\u00e9e par les \u00e9pisodes de pays lock et de massifs mouvements de protestation contre le pouvoir en place, risque d\u2019\u00eatre celle de toutes les turbulences, de toutes les convulsions sociopolitiques. L\u2019opposition et d&#8217;autres forces vives de la nation attendent impatiemment la fin de mandat du tr\u00e8s d\u00e9cri\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident Jovenel Mo\u00efse le 7 f\u00e9vrier prochain. Il a toujours voulu \u00eatre le seul coq chantant de la basse-cour, en d\u00e9mantibulant des institutions de la R\u00e9publique (lire notre article et voir notre infographie sur la question). Il a plut\u00f4t souhait\u00e9 la r\u00e9\u00e9lection de Pierre Fran\u00e7ois Sildor, parce que mall\u00e9able. Et dans ce contexte o\u00f9 lui et toute sa bande (ses conseillers, son comit\u00e9 consultatif et BRIDES) veulent \u00e9liminer S\u00e9nat, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Joseph Lambert aux affaires doit \u00eatre pour eux une belle angoisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le s\u00e9nateur du Sud-Est a d\u00e9j\u00e0 ouvertement exprim\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 de d\u00e9fendre le S\u00e9nat face \u00e0 la machine infernale du PHTK d\u2019op\u00e9rer ce tour de force sur la loi m\u00e8re, comme si celle-ci cristallisait tous les maux du pays et qu\u2019il suffisait simplement de la changer dans l\u2019ambition d\u2019un meilleur pays. Le s\u00e9nateur Joseph Lambert est heureux de retourner aux commandes. Pierre Fran\u00e7ois Sildor s\u2019en renfrogne.
