Charg\u00e9 de diriger le pays pour les quatre prochaines ann\u00e9es, la figure de l\u2019opposition, \u00e9conomiste de formation, a gagn\u00e9 les \u00e9lections au premier tour. Sa victoire a vite \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9e par ses diff\u00e9rents adversaires bien avant la proclamation des r\u00e9sultats officiels par la Junte centrale \u00e9lectorale (JCE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"226\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pappost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/ezgif.com-video-to-gif-1-1.gif?resize=480%2C226&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1050\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Ces \u00e9lections dominicaines sont en tout point porteuses d\u2019un message pour le moins \u00e9loquent : la stabilit\u00e9 politique qui sous-tend, entre autres, l\u2019alternance du pouvoir est un acquis majeur de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00eele. \u00c7a dure depuis d\u00e9j\u00e0 des d\u00e9cennies, quand chez nous la d\u00e9mocratie reste encore un simple v\u0153u pieux. Mais les deux pays, au-del\u00e0 des disparit\u00e9s multiples qui les distinguent, tant sur la question de la stabilit\u00e9 politique que sur le plan socio\u00e9conomique, sont condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer, donc, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 entretenir des relations bilat\u00e9rales solides et \u00e9quitables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le syst\u00e8me politique dominicain ne devrait nullement \u00e9chapper \u00e0 notre champ de compr\u00e9hension, nous, Ha\u00eftiennes et Ha\u00eftiens. \u00c0 l\u2019ordre socio-politique de la R\u00e9publique dominicaine s\u2019oppose le chaos socio-politique ambiant de la R\u00e9publique ha\u00eftienne. Un contraste qui n\u2019en finit d\u2019interloquer chercheurs et touristes, de choquer le citoyen lambda en Ha\u00efti et d\u2019alimenter le \u00ab racisme ordinaire \u00bb en R\u00e9publique dominicaine, et de provoquer d\u2019interminables discussions des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00eele. Nous croyons plut\u00f4t fortement qu\u2019un bref rappel du panorama du syst\u00e8me politique de nos voisins tombe \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9 et recouvre son lot d\u2019utilit\u00e9s. Notre d\u00e9marche, pour l\u2019instant, se veut plus descriptive que prescriptive. Alors qu\u2019Ha\u00efti t\u00e2tonne, se d\u00e9lite depuis des d\u00e9cennies, s\u2019enlise dans des processus \u00e9lectoraux rocambolesques, avec, bien s\u00fbr, la caution de \u00ab l\u2019international communautaire \u00bb, qui pondent, entre autres malheurs, pr\u00e9sidents mal \u00e9lus et parlementaires mal \u00e9lus, la R\u00e9publique dominicaine incarne l\u2019inverse du miroir sur l\u2019\u00eele, au grand dam de notre amour-propre et de notre orgueil patriotique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Notre d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit donc dans un double cadre informatif et instructif.
