Sans entrer dans des consid\u00e9rations li\u00e9es aux causes structurelles de cette d\u00e9gringolade syst\u00e9matique de notre monnaie nationale, il y a lieu de constater que la p\u00e9riode 2010-2020 est largement caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence de la mouvance T\u00e8t Kale au timon des affaires de l&#8217;\u00c9tat, hormis la br\u00e8ve parenth\u00e8se de Jocelerme Privert \u00e0 la magistrature supr\u00eame. Il y a des noms, des visages, des politiques publiques irr\u00e9fl\u00e9chies, des errements en mati\u00e8re de politique \u00e9conomique et des catastrophes naturelles \u00e0 une moindre mesure qui l\u2019incarnent. On peut faire des papiers avec tous ces param\u00e8tres. Port-au-Prince Post y reviendra au moment opportun. Si les discours peuvent se payer le luxe d&#8217;\u00eatre trompeurs , les chiffres sont t\u00eatus, plus \u00e9loquents que les envol\u00e9es oratoires des princes. Entre deux pr\u00e9sidents issus d&#8217;\u00e9lections, la gourde n&#8217;a fait que se d\u00e9pr\u00e9cier.
